Director
Gustavs Zilgalvis is a founding Director at the Center for Space Governance. His research interests span the commercial space economy and great power competition, space security and emerging technology, and deep space settlement and global governance. He has held a Summer Research Fellowship at the University of Oxford’s Future of Humanity Institute and the Center on Long-Term Risk, and his work in computational high-energy physics has appeared in SciPost Physics and SciPost Physics Core. Gustavs holds a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical Physics from University College London, and is pursuing graduate studies at Stanford University, specializing in Cyber Policy and Security.
