Executive Director
Bartu Kaleagasi is a founding Director at the Center for Space Governance. He is also a research partner at Oxford University and a Fellow at the Foresight Institute. Previously, he has worked in venture capital at Seraphim Space, business analysis at the European Space Agency (ESA), and co-founded the AIBE Summit on Artificial Intelligence in Business & Ethics. Bartu has a Law degree and an MS in Technology Management from University College London, as well as an MA in International Affairs from Columbia University, where he was awarded a full scholarship to conduct research on the future of space policy. His areas of interest include commercial space, great power competition, sustainable development, and emerging technologies.
